Lay a garment that fits you well flat on a clean surface, then measure without stretching the fabric. Compare like-for-like measurements with the chart for the product you are viewing, including shoulder, chest, waist, length, and sleeve points where shown.
Measurement convention: values are in centimetres and are labeled as flat width, length, sleeve, or circumference. Chest and waist circumference values are shown as circumference; do not infer a conversion from another column.
